Pure Koh Lanta
During my trip in Koh Lanta, I checked on Instagram which places looked nice to try and I found Pure Café!
A real paradise!
Everything here speaks of minimalist, artisanal, artistic, indie, sustainable and healthy.
From the bite-sized cakes served on a spoon, to the sugar cubes unevenly cut or the decorate-yourself walls, this place is really creative and stimulating.
Superfoods-lovers would also be happy, as Pure makes great Açai bowls and several lusciously-green detox juices 🙂
I had a “Pure Açai Bliss” :
Secret açai blend, topped with banana, granola, goji berries, chia, coconut shreds. Yum!
