Last Sunday, I went to Amsterdam for the “Beauty Collection” event, where I was invited by Mr Experience.
I already had the pleasure to meet them last December at The Grand Blogger Dinner.

For that day, I wore my Scotch&Soda bomber, which if I remember, dates from the time of Drive and which I still love!
I also wore Edwardson sunglasses. I have to admit it was more for the style than for the sun’s rays 😉
My Adidas Gazelle were very comfy for a day like this, when you walk a lot.

I did a very quick walk around Amsterdam because the event was starting at 2pm.
I really wanted to test Cottoncake, a place I discovered thanks to Instagram.
It’s a really nice concept store, where you can find trendy clothes, beautifully presented dishes, jewels and… unicorn powder!

The waitresses were very welcoming. All the food they serve is hand made and they use finest ingredients.
On the menu that day:
– New York Style Waffle : Healthy and crisy, topped with organic egg, avocado and sour cream.
– Smoothie Bowl : Banana, avocado, raspberry, spinach, dates and almond milk smoothie. Topped with homemade granola, fresh fruits, chia seeds, hemp seeds and raw cacao nibs (vegan).
To finish, a delicious cappuccino, decorated with a lovely heart.

2pm, it was time to go to Studio 13, located in the heart of Amsterdam, for the The Beauty Collection 2017.

Marc Inbane, W7 Cosmetics, Nak, Kneipp, Fudge… many different brands were there to present their products and novelties.
Smilde Bakery offered some delicious macarons and Voortrekker prepareded tasty cocktails.
A makeup artist was there so I had the opportunity to test W7 cosmetics on the spot.

I was spoiled and came back with a bag full of goodies which I can’t wait to try!
