Easter Cake

Cakes, frostings, fillings, toppings, embellishments, … I love taking some time to make desserts.
The weather started warming up in Belgium this past week, and I thought Spring was there, but then unfortunately the temperature has decreased again. I just had the time to take some pics of my Easter cake.
This one is very easy to realize. Three pound cakes, pink buttercream, shredded coconut and chocolate eggs: you don’t need to have a million ingredients to make an impressive dessert… Enjoy!
