Hello guys 🙂
Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
I spent some time with my family (and my adorable little niece), went to a big salsa party in Brussels last night (not easy to keep my eyes open right now:p) and this afternoon, I enjoyed the sun, walking around Villers-la-Ville Abbey, where I already made a blogpost in last May 🙂
And, tomorrow… I WILL GET THE KEYS OF MY NEW APARTMENT !!!!! 😀 EXTREEM EXCITEMENT!! I will share this new adventure with you in my Insta Stories… Stay tuned 😉
Last week, I had the pleasure to be invited to discover El Impasse del Sablon, a new Spanish gastronomic restaurant, directed by the Chefs Marcos Moran and Adrian Mancheño. This place is located next to the Brasserie Hispania, in the charming Impasse Saint-Jacques, at Sablon (Brussels).
So last Thurdsay, I headed to our lunch reservation with my friend Fauve, wearing my River Woods top and my new Michael Kors bag 🙂
As you might have seen already in my InstaStories (still in the lifestyle section if you want to see it;)) , I chose to try the 5 services menu (photos below 😉 ):
Le Homard de Bretagne en soupe de coeur de tomates, la Cocotte de laitue à la crème de ses feuilles, avocat et pistaches, les Longes de maquereau, émulsion d’ajada et aubergines fumées, le Poisson du jour, avant de conclure avec le Soufflé au nougat, chocolat blanc et agrumes.
I’m not an expert chef, but I LOVED this Spanish inspired cuisine. A delight!
A warm welcome, the culinary discoveries, the incredible wines, … what an experience!
The decor was very elegant and refined (realized by the talented Lorenzo Castillo, Spanish designer): velvet banquettes, pretty dishes, beautiful woodwork, … All this with a nice jazzy playlist.
Such a cozy atmosphere 🙂
And I had one of the best desserts of my life – still dreaming about it. #dessertgoal
We stayed there the whole afternoon, fully enjoying our table with a view on the Louboutin boutique, having an amazing time, chatting about everything and anything.
I had a great time and would love to go back to this amazing restaurant! Highly recommend you this spot guys!
Have a nice evening guys <3
