Spring is coming

It’s time to celebrate the return of Spring, after a terrible Winter (which is not really finished in Belgium…).
Here is a very simple recipe I have for years:

In a bowl, mix togheter :
– 250 g of flour
– 50 cl of milk
– 25 g of butter
– 3 eggs
– 4 teaspoons of sugar

Let stand 2 hours, then it’s ready to be cooked!
