Last Sunday, Mr Goodiebag and partners invited me to “The Grand Blogger Dinner 2016”.
It was their first edition in Belgium.
For this exquisite dinner, I wore my new jacket from It-Market, a Tommy Hilfiger top and an IKKS leather pants.
We first experienced some lovely bites by Brasserie Flo, while enjoying a refreshing glass of Codorniu bubbles.
After that, it was dinner time at The Hilton Antwerp Old Town!
A range of food and lifestyle brands had joined forces to create a gourmet feast for us.
Five top chefs, a sommelier, and a water sommelier developed a six-course dinner.
A beautiful palette of flavors, special food pairings, and surprising dishes were presented.
The decoration realized by Sezoen was very fairy, as you will see in the pics below.

Pheasant a Lacroix
A slow cooked filet of pheasant with a jus de Lacroix, mushroom croquette, vegetable garnish and a halloumi zucchini crepe.
Is served with Vina Pomal Blanco & Anima de Raimat Tinto and Chaudfontaine sparkled natural mineral water.
Elvea’s tomates crevettes
A modern twist on a classic with a tomato & vodka sorbet by Elvea and fresh shrimps from the North Sea.
Is served with Vol d’Anima de Raimat Rosé and Chaudfontaine light sparkled mineral water.
Chickpea Salad by Hak, my favorite!
Salad of chickpeas with a coulis of garden herbs, a crispy praline of brie with a crunchy topping of nuts.
Is served with Vina Pomal Crianza and Chaudfontaine mineral water.
Jules Destrooper’s Game
Butter wafers by Jules Destrooper with deer tenderloin, butternut textures, a parsley root crunch with coffee aroma, a sauce of game and basil powder.
Is served with Vina Pomal Reserva and Chaudfontaine sparkled mineral water.
Crêpe Suzette revisited
Pancakes Suzette’s flambéed with orange Gin Copperhead, ginger crème brûlée, chocolate and nut crumble and garden of wild berries.
Is served with cava Annade Codorniu Dulci and Chaudfontaine mineral water.
