I had to be very fast to take this picture and I have to admit I had to buy a second giant ice cream to do it again… Knokke beach was burning! The best thing about photographing food is that you get a good snack after/while working! Le Glacier de la Poste is simply one of the best ice cream makers of Belgium. Yum.
